Core De Force day 8

I seriously love this program. I’m not going to be able to laugh tomorrow after core kinetics. 


This is my favorite post workout treat: pumpkin spiced latte Shakeology pudding. Superfoods, coffee and yumminess 


For this week I get an extra 💜 fruit container. Yay!
This is organic blueberry chia oatmeal.  So delicious. 

Even with a relaxed weekend, I’m still down net 2 lbs in 1 week. I’ll take it.

Country Heat Recap Day 7

Today was rest and cook day. Yesterday was exhausting and I’m glad today is a rest day. We walked around in Center City to get food for the week and enjoy the weather (and catch Pokemon!)

The girls got some chinese bakery treats

I love cooking big batches on Sunday so I can warm and eat all week. Busted out the Instant Pot and got it done.

Nom Nom Paleo’s Thai Beef Curry
Organic Brown Basmati Rice

Egg Veggie Bake

  
6c of veggies (anything you have in the fridge. This one is half a bag of frozen pepper and onion mix, mushrooms and power greens- kale, spinach and chard)

1 dozen organic eggs

Spices to taste (I used a mesquite mix from Costco last time, this time I’m using a Jamaican jerk mix we picked up in Jamaica last month on the cruise)

Preheat oven to 375•

Chop up veggies as much as desired. 

Add to Pyrex 13×9 pan

Crack a dozen eggs and add desired seasoning. Whisk to combine. 

Pour eggs over veggies and stir a bit so veggies and eggs combine. 

Bake for 30-45 min depending on your oven, until the egg is set. 

Cut into servings and put in snapware. 

Makes 6 servings.
